Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategies aligned with business goals, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.

- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.

- Oversee performance appraisal cycles and talent development programs.

- Handle employee grievances and ensure timely conflict resolution.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR audits.

- Manage payroll coordination, HRMIS, and employee documentation.

- Provide HR analytics and insights to support decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in performance management systems and employee engagement.

- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
