Role Overview:
Domatel Services is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function end-to-end.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations, while contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments.
- Develop hiring strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
- Manage onboarding, induction programs, and early employee experience.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.
- Manage payroll coordination and leave/attendance systems.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Handle grievance management with professionalism and fairness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building.
- Conduct periodic feedback sessions, exit interviews, and retention programs.
Performance & Policy Management:
- Manage appraisals, goal-setting, and performance evaluation cycles.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals.
- Support leadership with workforce planning and HR analytics.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage teams, and work in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualification:
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent specialization
