Manager - Human Resource

Description:

- HR Strategy & Planning: Lead the overarching HR strategy across PAN India operations, proactively aligning manpower planning, talent forecasting, and resource allocation with the organization's aggressive business growth agenda.

- Talent Lifecycle Management: Drive critical talent functions, including talent acquisition (recruitment for high-volume retail/operations), the implementation of effective performance management systems, and the administration of compensation and benefits programs.

- Organizational Development: Oversee and implement high-impact employee engagement and retention programs, alongside targeted organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities and team effectiveness.

- Governance & Compliance: Ensure stringent labour law compliance across all states and locations.

- Take ownership of risk management related to personnel and implement robust HR governance frameworks.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing HR team, delegating effectively and guiding them to deliver impactful business outcomes and exceptional service across all business units
