
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant work culture.
The HR Manager will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, HR compliance, and policy formulation.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across departments.
- Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Performance Management & Employee Development:
- Drive performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and regular feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development (L&D) programs.
- Facilitate leadership and succession planning initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage HR operations including employee records, payroll inputs, and HRMS systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Handle audits, statutory filings (e., PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and policy documentation.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and team-building initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive, open, and inclusive workplace culture.
Policy Formulation & Implementation:
- Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and handbooks in line with current labor laws and best practices.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across teams and locations.
HR Analytics & Strategy:
- Track key HR metrics (attrition, headcount, hiring timelines, employee satisfaction).
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree or MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proficient in using HRMS platforms (Zoho, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in scaling HR practices in a high-growth or startup environment (preferred)
