
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination, attendance, and exit processes.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies in alignment with labor laws and organizational values.
- Handle statutory compliance including labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
- Lead implementation and awareness of POSH and POCSO compliance across all sites.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
- Manage recruitment processes for diverse roles across functions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build a strong talent pipeline aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and team-building programs.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
- Address grievances and support conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
- Travel across different locations in Karnataka to support site-level HR operations and ensure policy implementation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's or Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in multi-location or field-based setups.
- Fluency in Kannada (mandatory) and English - both verbal and written.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws, POSH/POCSO regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in using HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
