About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR functions within the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and resolving conflicts professionally.

- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.

- Maintain employee records and HR metrics for reporting and decision-making.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize corporate events to foster team spirit.

- Collaborate with senior management to address organizational challenges and workforce planning.

- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal changes to ensure the organization's policies remain current.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certification (e.g, SHRM, CIPD) preferred.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employment regulations.

- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office suite
