Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business heads from manpower planning to onboarding. Work closing with the head of the department and closely execute the hiring mandates
- Self-sourcing, Headhunting, Research & Mapping, Strong Negotiation, Eye for closure. Maintain continuous flow of the communication with the candidates at different locations
- Maintain profile database, on-boarding, and induction. Hand-holding the entire offer to joining process for the candidate. Resolve queries, facilitate exit from his previous companies to joining in our companies
- Weekly, Monthly Trackers, Prepare hiring SOP and all required documents. Ensure to run the talent acquisition process in a very structured manner. Ensure to improve the process efficiency
- Strengthen the hiring process with various scientific hiring ways like assessment tools, psychometric tests and behavioral assessments
