Job Title: MANAGER - HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
Qualification & Experience:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- NEBOSH Certification - Mandatory
- 6-8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Construction industry
- Minimum 3 years of core project execution experience (not shutdown/maintenance)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to oversee and drive Health, Safety & Environment standards across Oil & Gas construction project sites. This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of HSE compliance, and the ability to ensure a safe working environment throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and best practices at site.
- Conduct site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and international HSE standards.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and periodic HSE training programs.
- Investigate incidents/near-misses and prepare detailed CAPA reports.
- Maintain thorough and accurate safety documentation and records.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to resolve safety issues.
- Monitor subcontractors' compliance with HSE requirements.
- Cultivate a strong safety-first culture across all project teams.
