Manager - HR Transformation (Preferred Big -4s)
Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Campus Hiring Leadership:
- Design and implement a robust campus hiring strategy for Management Trainees (MTs) and Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to build a strong leadership and technical talent pipeline.
- Develop long-term partnerships with premier academic institutions and lead employer branding initiatives on campus.
- Drive end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle, including pre-placement engagement, assessments, selection, and onboarding.
- Analyze hiring trends and provide insights to optimize campus programs for future workforce needs.
Strategic HR Projects:
- Lead policy refinement initiatives to ensure compliance, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and standardize SOPs across HR functions to enhance process efficiency and governance.
- Support Talent Acquisition audits by identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Act as a change agent for HR transformation projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
HR Digital Transformation:
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement HR digital solutions, including automation of recruitment processes and HR analytics dashboards.
- Drive adoption of HR tech platforms to improve candidate and employee experience.
- Monitor emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance organizational agility.
- Partner with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business priorities.
- Mentor and guide junior HR team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM) from premier institutes such as XLRI, TISS or other reputed B-schools.
- Additional certifications in HR Analytics, Digital HR, or Project Management will be an advantage.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Campus Hiring (MTs & GETs).
- Experience in HR projects such as policy refinement, SOP creation, and audit support.
- Exposure to HR Digital Transformation initiatives and technology implementation.
- 3 to 5 years in campus hiring and HR projects.
