Job Title:HR Technology and Digitation Manager
Location: Bangalore (BO)
Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Technology professional to support and enhance our HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves HRMS implementation, data management, HR reporting, analytics, and participation in HR digital transformation initiatives. The candidate must have strong HR systems knowledge, analytical ability, and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. HRMS Implementation & Support (SAP SuccessFactors / HRMS Tools)
- Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRMS platforms.
- Partner with HR teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Participate in global HRMS implementation, module rollouts, and enhancements.
- Create training materials, SOPs, job aids, and process documentation.
- Conduct UAT, coordinate with users, and support deployment of new features.
- Monitor system performance and ensure SLA adherence from support partners.
- Support HR technology strategic projects and coordinate with key stakeholders.
2. Data Management, Governance & Compliance
- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data across HR systems.
- Ensure timely updates and compliance with organizational standards.
- Conduct audits and data validations to maintain high-quality HR data.
- Develop HR dashboards and MIS reports for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build in-house reporting and analytics solutions.
3. Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Create and automate reports and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Provide on-demand KPIs, HR insights, and analytics for leadership.
- Support workforce analytics and trend analysis.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with HR teams, IT teams, and global stakeholders.
- Participate in HR digitization initiatives and drive system adoption through training and user support.
- Resolve user queries and ensure smooth HRMS operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR or IT with 12 years of hands-on HR Technology / HRIS / HRMS experience.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRMS platforms.
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, HR reporting, and data management.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data flow.
