Salary Offered : 13-17 LPA  Client is looking for 2 Positions  1. someone in HR but more specialized on Payroll management, leave management, handling grievances on salary part.  2.HRBP: Startegic Role in OD, PMS, Competency mapping, L&D  Overseeing end to end payroll and full and final processing.  Looking after:  - Preparation of full & final payroll process checklist for avoiding process errors  - Monthly re-imbursements downloading from ESS  - Verifying re-imbursement proofs as per company policies  - Entitlement payments and income tax exemptions  - Handled activities pertaining to Leave Management / Attendance / Expense Management & Performance Management System (policy setup, implementation and day to day management) and HRIS Data Management  - Preparing process documents, overview & exceptions trackers  - Formulating & implementing HR policies related to compensation structure, leave & attendance, expense re-imbursements, etc  - Liaising with Statutory Compliance Partner for PAN India statutory compliances (PF, PT, ESIC & LWF)
