Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Strategic partner for executive leadership, implementing HR strategies and supporting business imperatives.
- This role focuses on HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, employee relations, training, learning and development, and rewards & recognition.
- Drive Learning and Development initiatives across orgn, managing Talent Mgnt / Dev programs, Succession Planning, Competency development etc.
- Lead performance management processes and facilitate organizational and individual assessments and development programs.
- Design, Develop and Drive rewards and recognition programs aligned with business goals and employee motivation.
- This position requires a proactive, experienced HR professional adept at both operational and strategic tasks with strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ensure /managing error free payroll and statutory operations thru vendor / consultant partners.
- Champion learning and development initiatives, including training need analysis, designing and executing programs, and tracking effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and review policies and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement across HR lifecycle practices.
- Maintain HR data integrity, analyze trends, and generate reports for management reviews on headcount, attrition, and compliance.
- Serve as a change agent and strategic advisor to leadership on matters of talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with experience advising senior leadership and managing change.
- Demonstrated ability in designing and implementing process improvements in HR practices.
