Position : Manager HR Operations
Job Location : Bangalore
CTC- 25-26 LPA
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR strategies & initiatives that propel companys growth. Partner with leadership team to translate business objectives into actionable HR plans.
- Drive performance management frameworks that promote feedback, accountability, and employee development.
- Design and lead employee engagement and employee well-being initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment by proactively addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance to employees and management alike.
- Identify and implement learning and development programs that foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Track key HR metrics to identify trends, drive data-informed decisions, and optimize HR strategies.
- Design attractive salary structures and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Actively contribute to a positive, productive work environment that reflects our company values.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 23 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven success in designing and executing people programs aligned with business objectives.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrixed environment preferred.
- Candidates from Clinical Research, Life Sciences, or Healthcare organizations are strongly preferred.
