Manager - HR Operations/Payroll - Gurgaon - 5+ Years
This is a leadership opportunity to spearhead the HR Operations function for a large and dynamic workforce. The role demands complete ownership of end-to-end payroll management, statutory compliance, Full & Final (F&F) settlements, internal and external audits, HR governance, and the continuous digitisation of HR processes. You will be responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy at scale, managing vendor performance, publishing HR dashboards, and leading a high-performing operations team.

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver 100% accurate and timely payroll for 40,000+ employees.
2. Manage Full & Final settlements for 1,500+ monthly exits.
3. Ensure compliance across PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, Gratuity, and labour laws.
4. Manage multiple payroll & exit-related vendors, ensuring SLA adherence.
5. Drive digitisation, automation, and continuous process improvements.
6. Prepare and publish HR dashboards, metrics and MIS.
7. Lead, mentor, and manage the HR Operations team.
Requirements:
- 6-10+ years of hands-on experience in Payroll Operations and HR Operations, preferably within high-volume organisations.
- Deep understanding of Indian payroll structures, tax frameworks, and statutory compliance laws.
- Proven expertise in managing F&F settlements, audits, and payroll reconciliation processes.
- Strong command over Advanced Excel, data analytics, and process documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with large-scale employee bases and tight deadlines.
