HR Operations Manager Job Description: BNC has been mandated to recruit a HR Operations Manager for one of our esteemed manufacturing clients based in Connaught Place, Delhi. Job Summary: The HR Operations professional is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle. This role supports HR systems, compliance, payroll coordination, data management, employee relations, and policy implementation, contributing to a productive and legally compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and streamline HR administrative processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation). - Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data updates. - Coordinate payroll inputs, leaves, attendance, and benefits administration. - Support HR compliance by ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies. - Assist in performance management logistics and documentation. - Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and systems. - Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership. - Contribute to policy development, communication, and process improvements. - Liaise with vendors (background verification, insurance, etc.) and ensure timely delivery of services. Requirements: - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 7 to 8 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles. - Strong knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel). - Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. - Regular MBA's is required . - Male candidate is highly preferred. - Immediate joiners will be preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with platforms like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Zoho People. - HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent. - Regular MBA in Human Resources or related specialization. - Preference for male candidates due to role-specific requirements. - Candidates who can join immediately will be given priority.
