HR Operations Manager - Global (Remote Role-Full time)


- Own and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exits.

- Build, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and people processes aligned with a global, remote-first workforce.

- Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR vendors across regions in collaboration with Finance and external partners.

- Ensure compliance with - local and international labor laws- , statutory requirements, and internal governance frameworks.

- Support - global employee mobility- , including visa processes, work permits, contracts, and coordination with legal and external consultants.

- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, policies, benefits, and compliance.

- Maintain accurate HR data, employee records, dashboards, and reports to support leadership decision-making.

- Drive performance cycles, confirmations, increments, and HR audits in partnership with leadership.

- Build a consistent and positive employee experience across geographies through structured processes and clear communication.

- Partner with leadership to support people initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Experience working in tech, fintech, or early-stage startups; Web3 exposure is a plus.

- Strong understanding of global HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

- Working knowledge of international labor laws, employment contracts, and statutory practices across regions.

- Experience managing visa processes, work permits, and cross-border employee mobility.

- Hands-on experience with HR tools, payroll coordination, documentation, and policy management.

- Excellent communication skills with high empathy and professionalism.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
