Job Description - HR Operations Manager (International Division)

- The HR Operations Manager will manage and enhance the employee lifecycle across international geographies. This role covers HR operations, payroll, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness across head office and global markets.

- The position requires strong process orientation, cross-cultural sensitivity, and the ability to balance operational and strategic HR priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Induction & Integration :

- Lead onboarding across head office and international locations.

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth employee integration.

- Improve onboarding tools and processes.

2. HR Operations & Payroll :

- Manage HR operations, employee records, and HRMS accuracy.

- Oversee payroll in coordination with local teams, ensuring compliance and timeliness.

- Maintain HR policies aligned with local laws and regulations.

3. Performance Management :


- Drive PMS cycles (goal setting, reviews, evaluations).

- Support managers and track completion with reporting insights.

4. HR Analytics & Reporting :

- Track key metrics (headcount, attrition, payroll, leave).

- Generate reports and analyze trends to improve HR processes.

5. Strategic HR Projects :

- Lead/ support HR transformation, automation, and standardization initiatives.

- Collaborate on engagement, capability building, and culture projects.

6. Employee Experience :

- Resolve employee queries on HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

- Drive positive employee experience through effective communication.

Qualifications & Skills :

- MBA/Postgraduate in HR (preferred).

- Strong experience in HR operations, payroll, and multi-country compliance.

- Familiarity with HRMS systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight timelines.
