Manager - HR Operations - Hire to Retire - BPO

Description: Manager -HR Operations India (Hire to retire ).

Location: Indore.

Budget-Upto 22 LPA.

Applicants should be from BPO/ITES/ BPM / Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Hire to Retire Operations:

- Lead and manage end-to-end HR lifecycle including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, performance cycle support, transfers, exits, and retirements.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, internal policies, and audits.

- Manage documentation, controls, and risk mitigation.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal teams.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR operations matters.

HR Systems & Data Management:

- Own HRMS data accuracy and integrity (Workday.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Any graduate/Postgraduate.

- 6 Yrs to 10 yrs of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services.

- Work timings1PM to 10PM.

- Candidate must have worked on WD, onboarding. (Mandatory).
