- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. - Responsible for Payroll & Compliances through Human Resources Information Systems - Responsible for payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, and maintaining accurate payroll records. - Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits - Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions - Maintain insurance plans for employees. - Prepare reports for quarterly, yearly and weekly reports. - Review and abide by company policies and procedures. - Resolve payroll errors. - Monitor promotions, transfers and terminations. - Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
