Leading NBFC is looking for a Manager - HR Ops & Payroll to join our team at our Corporate Office in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad.
We are seeking a proactive leader who can manage the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring seamless payroll and compliance excellence.
Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (In-Office)
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Industry Focus: NBFC background preferred

The Role & Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive HR Operations: Lead the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including document management, policy implementation, and HR audits.
- End-to-End Payroll: Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing, including attendance tracking, leave management, and reimbursements.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure 100% adherence to Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) and stay updated on the New Labour Codes/Acts.
- HRMS Expert: Act as the administrator for our HRMS platform, driving automation and data integrity.
- Data & MIS: Utilize Advanced MS Office skills to provide insightful HR analytics and reports to the management.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and queries.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years with proven track record in HR Ops and Payroll, preferably within the NBFC/Financial Services sector.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is preferred.
- Tech Mastery: Expert level in MS Excel and experience with modern HRMS tools.
- Agility: Ability to handle high-growth environment pressures and meet strict deadlines.
