Job Description:

Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policies, workforce planning, SOP implementation, and process improvement to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals who align with the company's long-term growth trajectory.

- Manage comprehensive HR operations, ensuring the accuracy of employee data, payroll processing, and adherence to statutory compliance standards.

- Design and implement robust Performance Management Systems (PMS) that link individual contributions to organizational KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture.

Ideal Profile:

- HR Manager with 5 - 8 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, policy development, SOP implementation, and process improvement.
