About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager to oversee and streamline HR processes, ensuring smooth execution of employee life cycle management, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires a strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, HR systems, and people operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end employee onboarding including documentation verification, pre-joining activities, background verification, and personal file management.

- Manage employee code creation, ID card issuance, and asset allocation for new hires.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, and other employee welfare schemes.

- Handle employee transfer, mapping change, confirmation, and designation updates in HR systems.

- Manage PF-related processes including UAN activation, KYC updates, and old PF transfer.

- Coordinate with the payroll team by ensuring accurate attendance data and active employee headcount.

- Prepare and issue HR-related letters including appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation letters.

- Oversee employee separation activities including exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, and clearance.

- Publish employee database-related MIS reports and dashboards for leadership review.

- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance audits.

- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving employee queries related to HR operations.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and payroll processing tools.

- Excellent understanding of PF, ESIC, mediclaim, and statutory reporting.

- Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills (Excel/HR dashboards).

- Proven experience in employee lifecycle management (hire-to-retire).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and integrity.

- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
