HR Manager - Bangalore | PE/VC Firm

A leading Private Equity / Venture Capital firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its Bangalore office. The role offers significant exposure to global HR charters and international leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute HR strategies for the India region in alignment with global priorities

- Develop and refine HR policies and ensure strong compliance with employment regulations

- Manage recruitment and onboarding for niche and senior talent

- Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership and cross-functional teams

- Drive employee relations including performance conversations, grievance handling and disciplinary matters

- Strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture

- Support Learning & Development initiatives and help localize global programs

- Contribute to cross-border HR projects; occasional international travel possible

- Coordinate payroll for the region when required

Candidate Requirements

- Tier-1 / Tier-2 MBA

- 8-14 years of HR experience with strong HR generalist exposure

- Demonstrated experience in global stakeholder management
