Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end human resources functions.
The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance, supporting employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Strategy
- Manage end-to-end HR generalist functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exits
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Drive workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Oversee recruitment strategies for lateral and leadership hiring
- Ensure seamless onboarding and induction programs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture
Performance & Rewards
- Manage performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes
- Support compensation planning, incentives, and rewards programs
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives and training programs
Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HRMIS systems
- Oversee audits, documentation, and statutory filings
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR dashboards
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
- Manage HR budgets, vendors, and service providers
- Drive process improvements and HR digitization initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in HR Generalist roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience across recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement
- Hands-on experience with HRMS / HRIS tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
