Manager - HR Due Diligence - Consulting

Role Overview:

KPMG Global Services is looking for a Manager - HR Due Diligence to support global M&A and transaction advisory engagements, primarily serving international clients and geographies.

The role involves working with global teams on the people and HR aspects of transactions, providing HR due diligence insights to support investment and transaction decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage HR Due Diligence workstreams for M&A and transaction engagements.

- Analyse the target company's workforce, organisation structure, employee costs and key HR-related risks.

- Review areas such as compensation & benefits, employee liabilities, retention arrangements, employment contracts and workforce composition.

- Identify potential people-related risks, liabilities and deal considerations.

- Support analysis of management and key employee arrangements, including retention and incentive structures.

- Prepare HR due diligence reports, findings and presentations for global stakeholders.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Financial Due Diligence, Tax, Legal, Commercial Due Diligence and PMI teams.

- Participate in client discussions and communicate key findings and implications clearly.

- Support M&A-related people transition, integration and separation activities where required.

- Review and quality-check work prepared by team members and guide junior team members.

- Manage multiple engagements, timelines and deliverables while maintaining high quality standards.
