Location: Bangalore

Role: Assistant Manager / Sr. HR Executive HR Technology / HRMS

Experience: 25 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Technology professional to drive HR digital transformation, HRMS implementation, and system enhancement for SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms. The role involves HR process automation, data governance, HR reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve digital HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HRMS Implementation & Enhancement

- Manage implementation, rollout, and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors / HRMS modules.

- Work with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

- Support UAT, testing, and deployment of new features and releases.

- Coordinate with global teams, IT, and vendors for system upgrades and issue resolution.

2. HR Digital Transformation

- Drive digitization of HR processes (onboarding, performance, payroll inputs, employee life cycle).

- Streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and improve process efficiency.

- Prepare SOPs, training materials, and conduct system trainings for users.

3. Data Management & Governance

- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data across HR systems.

- Perform periodic audits and validation checks to ensure data quality.

- Manage HRMS security roles, access rights, and compliance requirements.

4. HR Reporting & Analytics

- Build reports and dashboards using Power BI / Advanced Excel.

- Provide HR insights, KPIs, and analytics to leadership for decision-making.

- Support statutory and internal HR MIS requirements.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Liaise with internal HR teams, IT, global stakeholders, and implementation partners.

- Resolve system issues, provide end-user support, and ensure smooth HRMS operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- MBA HR / HR + IT specialization with 25 years of HR Technology experience.

- Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (any module) or comparable HRMS.

- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, Reporting, HR Analytics.

- Excellent understanding of HR processes and HR data flows.

- Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
