Manager - HR Business Partner/Talent Acquisition - NBFC

Our client is a fast growing NBFC in India and hiring for a Manager - HRBP role with experience in end to end talent acquisition in financial services domain.

Key responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.

- Managing senior stakeholders and fulfilling the hiring responsibilities.

- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

- Participate in employee engagement related activities.

- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

- Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.

- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

Key criteria:

- Full time MBA degree from reputed institute.

- Solid experience in talent acquisition and other HR related activities in NBFC or BFSI sector

- Excellent power point presentation skills and English communication skills

- Experience in working with startup will be a plus.
