
1. Performance Management System (PMS):
- Lead the full PMS cycle including goal-setting, mid- year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Partner with functional heads to define KPIs and evaluate performance.
- Ensure timely closure of review cycles and support the normalization process.
- Prepare performance dashboards, analytics, and reports for leadership review.
- Facilitate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and employee development initiatives.
- Align PMS frameworks with business objectives and organizational priorities.
2. HRMIS Management:
- Administer and maintain the HRMIS, covering employee data, attendance, leave, and records.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.
- Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Coordinate with IT/vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Drive automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Support payroll with accurate and timely HR data inputs.
3. HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment coordination and seamless onboarding.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Maintain employee files, databases, and compliance-related documentation.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Implement HR policies and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR guidelines.
- Assist with training coordination and development programs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Performance Management Systems.
- Hands-on experience with HRMIS platforms.
- Solid knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in analytics, MIS, Excel, and dashboard creation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
