Description:

Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

- Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies

- Support workforce planning, organization design, and manpower budgeting

- Provide proactive people advisory support to leadership teams

Talent Management & Performance:

- Drive performance management cycles, goal setting, and appraisal processes

- Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning

- Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring strategy and workforce demand planning

Employee Relations & Compliance:

- Manage employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies

- Support investigations and ensure fair and consistent policy application

Compensation, Rewards & Engagement:

- Support annual compensation reviews, promotions, and incentive programs

- Advise managers on compensation decisions and internal equity
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans

Change & Stakeholder Management:

- Support change management initiatives such as restructuring, role changes, and new business launches

- Drive effective communication and adoption of HR initiatives

- Coach managers on people leadership and employee development

HR Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance, and productivity

- Provide insights and recommendations based on people data

- Support HR audits and governance processes

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills

- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills

- Ability to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Preferred Industry Experience:

- Real Estate / Infrastructure / BFSI / IT / Consulting (as applicable)
