Role Purpose:

The role will act as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the manufacturing plants and will be responsible for driving people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and HR governance. The role will work closely with business leaders and plant leadership teams to support business objectives through effective HR interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering:

- Partner with Plant Heads and functional leaders to understand business priorities and provide HR solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.

- Drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning initiatives.

- Support business growth through effective manpower planning and talent management.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Build and maintain positive employee relations across all plant locations.

- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in a timely manner.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve employee satisfaction.

- Conduct employee connect sessions, skip-level meetings, and feedback discussions.

Performance Management:

- Drive the performance management process across the assigned plants.

- Ensure timely goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback discussions.

- Support managers in performance improvement and talent development initiatives.

Talent Management & Succession Planning:

- Identify key talent and support succession planning initiatives.

- Work with business leaders to create development plans for high-potential employees.

- Support learning and development interventions based on business requirements.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning:

- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for manpower planning and hiring requirements.

- Monitor recruitment progress for plant-based positions.

- Ensure timely onboarding and integration of new employees.

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.

- Support audits and compliance-related activities.

Change Management & Organizational Development:

- Support organizational change initiatives and transformation projects.

- Drive HR programs aligned with business objectives.

- Facilitate communication and change management activities across locations.

HR Analytics & MIS:

- Prepare and review HR dashboards and MIS reports.

- Analyze attrition, manpower, productivity, engagement, and performance data.

- Present HR insights and recommendations to management.
