
Job Description :
This role is for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) , Its an IC role supporting a manufacturing/regulated industry environment. The position partners with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies that enable business growth, site expansion, workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. The role also drives change management, ensures labor law compliance, leverages workforce analytics, and collaborates with global HR teams to build a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Align HR strategy with business and operational goals.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and site expansion initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire and onboard leadership and technical talent.
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent reviews.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Foster employee engagement, inclusion, and a high-performance culture.
- Lead change management during business growth and transformation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and governance.
- Collaborate with Legal, HR Operations, Total Rewards, and global HR teams.
- Use HR metrics and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
Key Requirements :
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP experience.
- Background from only manufacturing industries like MedTech, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting plant start-ups, greenfield projects, or business expansion.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor law, workforce management, and contract workforce governance.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/HR analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
