About the Opportunity :
A leading organization in the Manufacturing sector is looking to hire a high-potential HR professional to join its Corporate HR team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with manufacturing businesses, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive high-impact HR initiatives across multiple locations. The incumbent will play a key role in HR Business Partnering while contributing to organization-wide HR projects and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities : - Partner with business leaders and managers to drive people and organizational initiatives.
- Support HRBP activities for manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Lead and coordinate HR projects across multiple manufacturing locations.
- Drive employee engagement, talent management, performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Prepare leadership presentations, dashboards and analytical reports.
- Leverage data and insights to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement HR programs and policies.
- Support change management and transformation initiatives across the organization.
Candidate Profile : - Full-time 2-Year MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier-1 B-School.
- Preferred institutes include IIMs, TISS, MDI Gurgaon, IMI Delhi, SCMHRD, SIBM Pune, XIMB, IMT Ghaziabad and other reputed premier institutes.
- Pass-out Batch : 2020 or 2021 or 2022 .
- Minimum 4 years of post-MBA HR experience.
- Experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, HR Projects, Organization Development or Manufacturing HR.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
