Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & HR Strategy
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Drive the HRBP charter end to end across assigned business units
- Build strong relationships with leadership to enable effective decision making and people strategy
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of HRBPs and Talent Acquisition professionals (approx. 9 HRBP + 45 TA members)
- Provide guidance, structure, and mentorship to ensure high quality HR delivery
- Build capability within the team and drive accountability across functions
Talent Acquisition Oversight
- Oversee hiring strategy and execution in collaboration with the TA team
- Ensure timely closure of mandates while maintaining quality of hires
- Partner with business leaders to plan workforce needs and hiring roadmaps
Performance Management (PMS)
- Own and drive the performance management cycle across the organization
- Ensure effective goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Partner with leadership to identify high performers and manage performance interventions
Organizational Development & Initiatives
- Conceptualize and implement high impact HR initiatives from scratch that drive measurable business outcomes
- Lead key org-wide programs across engagement, culture building, and employee experience
- Support the organization through transitions as part of a newly formed independent entity
Employee Lifecycle & Engagement
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, development, and retention
- Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and improve employee satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations and conflict resolution
Process Excellence & HR Operations
- Ensure HR processes are structured, scalable, and aligned with best practices
- Continuously identify gaps and improve HR systems, policies, and frameworks
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams
- Act as a bridge between business needs and HR execution
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10 to 15 years of experience across HRBP roles
- Prior experience managing teams (minimum 4 direct reports)
- Experience in startups or mid sized organizations (400 to 2000 employees preferred)
- Strong exposure to PMS and core HRBP frameworks
- MBA preferred
- Strong cultural fit with high ownership and initiative driven mindset
