- We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity as HR Business Partner for a leading Technology Company.
- Work with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals, acting as a strategic advisor and consultant.
- Use data and analytics to drive insights, track HR metrics, and provide regular progress reports to leadership.
- The HRBP in a tech environment focuses on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management in a fast-paced setting.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the tech industry landscape, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage change in a dynamic environment.
- A deep understanding of the tech industry, business operations, and financial drivers to align HR strategies with business outcomes.
- Strong ability to interpret data and metrics to generate insights and inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and an understanding of how to leverage technology and AI in HR practices.
- Experience with global or cross-cultural teams, a plus for multinational tech companies.
Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HRBP or similar strategic role, preferably within the technology sector.
