Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business leaders to build a positive, high-performance work culture

2. Conduct stay interviews and drive proactive retention initiatives

3. Act as the primary HR contact for employees, guiding them on policies and people processes

4. Lead core HR cycles including performance management, promotions, rewards & recognition, and internal movements

5 .Facilitate employee grievance resolution and ensure timely closure of concerns

6. Drive engagement initiatives including team connects, wellness programs, and new hire integration

7. Track and analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness of people initiatives

Requirements:

1.10-16 years of experience in a core HR Business Partner role

2.Strong knowledge of multiple HR disciplines

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

4. Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced environment

5. Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently

6. Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
