
Summary:
You will partner closely with the HO and Global teams to drive performance, engagement, and growth.From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management, you'll ensure a positive and consistent people experience.Serve as a trusted advisor-enabling workforce planning, learning & development, and engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HO/Global business leaders to understand priorities and design HR solutionsthat drive organizational performance
- Manage performance management cycles, ensuring goal alignment, continuous feedback, and development-focused reviews
- Assess learning needs and collaborate with L&D to design capability-building interventions
- Lead workforce planning and talent discussions, including succession planning and manpower forecasting
- Act as a single point of contact for people-related matters, balancing business priorities withemployee advocacy
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, leveraging surveys, feedback, and targeted action planning
- Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of organizational priorities and systems
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, practices, and global people standards
- Collaborate with COEs (C&B, L&D, TA, HRSD) to implement organization-wide programs in line with business needs
-Manage employee relations, including handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Education: Full-time MBA in HR from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 business school
Experience: 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HRBP in a large/global organization; Proven track record of managing diverse stakeholders and supporting
