
Role Overview:
A handson HR Manager / HR Business Partner responsible for end-to-end HR operations, culture building, and strategic partnership with India and global leadership. The role blends operational execution with strategic HR advisory and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage employee lifecycle, HR processes, documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with payroll, compliance, insurance/benefits, and facility management partners.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Work closely with global TA and a junior India TA resource.
- Improve hiring quality, ensure culture fit, and streamline interview processes.
- Engage with recruitment agencies when required.
Business Partnering
- Advise India leaders and managers on people matters.
- Support org design, workforce planning, and leadership capability building.
- Provide India-specific insights to global HR leadership.
Must Have:
- 10-15 years in HR generalist/HRBP roles.
- Strong maturity, stakeholder management, and relationship-building.
- Experience in dynamic, scaling environments (financial services preferred).
- Ability to operate independently with high ownership.
- Balance of operational execution and strategic HR thinking.
- Cultural traits: collaborative, cheerful, emotionally balanced, assertive, structured.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to startup or greenfield setups.
- Experience contributing to global HR initiatives.
