Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager HR Business Partner who will specialize in employee engagement, culture, and stakeholder management. This role is well-suited for an HR leader passionate about designing and implementing impactful engagement programs, driving cultural initiatives, and enhancing the employee experience. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with significant interaction across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting HR operations, the employee lifecycle, and adherence to HR policies.
- Design and deliver employee engagement programs, recognition frameworks, and culture-building initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct employee surveys, focus groups, workshops, and feedback sessions to assess and strengthen the employee experience.
- Partner with global HR teams to develop and align engagement, inclusion, and communication strategies.
- Champion organizational change initiatives by ensuring smooth rollout of new HR policies, processes, and cultural interventions.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday processes and HR operational activities.
- Travel across business sites (3040%) to engage directly with employees, leaders, and HR stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in HR business partnering.
- Proven expertise in employee engagement design, cultural transformation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with Workday or similar HR systems.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse teams.
- Ability to navigate and succeed in a global, matrixed environment, balancing local needs with global priorities.
