Designation - Manager - HR Business Partner Partner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Partnership:

Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales leadership team, driving people strategies aligned to business priorities.

Build strong relationships with zonal and HO stakeholders to understand business challenges and co-create HR solutions.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Own all lifecycle touchpoints, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and exit processes.

Foster an engaging and inclusive environment that drives motivation and retention.

Talent & Capability Building:

Partner with functional leaders to identify skill gaps and support targeted interventions for capability enhancement.

Facilitate training and learning journeys for frontline and backend teams in collaboration with the Capability function.

Performance & Engagement:

Monitor engagement pulse and implement focused actions to sustain high motivation and accountability.

Drive cultureculture-building initiatives that strengthen Sales team identity and performance mindset.

HR Operations Excellence:

Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, compliance, and processes.

Leverage HR analytics and data insights for proactive decision decision-making and reporting.

MUST -HAVE EXPERIENCE

- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

- Experience: 2 - 6 years of post post-MBA HR experience, preferably in Sales,Operations HR roles.

- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with cross cross-functional teams.

- Empathetic, execution execution-oriented, and deeply tuned into employee pulse and organizational dynamics.

- Comfortable working in fast fast-paced, evolving environments.
