
Key Responsibilities:
1) Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build hiring plans
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles and future growth
2) Performance Management System
- Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate performance reviews, feedback cycles, and development plans
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive interventions
3) KRA & Goal Setting
- Partner with leadership to define Key Result Areas (KRAs) across functions
- Ensure KRAs are measurable, aligned with company strategy, and cascaded effectively
- Support managers in goal-setting and tracking progress
4) Employee Engagement
- Develop and execute engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
- Conduct pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and implement action plans
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs
5) Policy Formulation
- Draft, review, and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company values
- Ensure consistent policy communication and implementation across teams
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and conflict resolution
What We're Looking For:
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced D2C or startup environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams
- Passion for building people-centric cultures and scalable HR system
