
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our client's corporate HR team in Gurugram as a Manager HRBP/COE within the dynamic auto-component manufacturing sector. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, balancing high-level organizational development initiatives with the hands-on execution of compensation, performance management, and leadership acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional department heads to align human capital strategies with manufacturing excellence and operational goals. By driving talent density and fostering a high-performance culture, you will directly influence the companys ability to scale, innovate, and maintain a competitive edge in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit heads to translate long-term operational objectives into actionable HR strategies that drive productivity and employee engagement.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits frameworks that attract and retain top-tier technical and managerial talent in the auto-component space.
- Oversee the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring that goal setting, feedback loops, and appraisal processes are transparent and linked to business outcomes.
- Lead high-impact leadership hiring initiatives by identifying and onboarding senior talent who possess the technical expertise and cultural alignment required for industrial growth.
- Spearhead organization development interventions, including change management and leadership coaching, to build a resilient and agile workforce capable of navigating industry shifts.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights to the leadership team, enabling data-driven decision-making regarding talent deployment and organizational structure.
- Lead the leadership hiring to support top management.
Required Skillset:
- B.Tech plus MBA from a premier institute with 10-15 years of experience in the auto-component industry.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex industrial relations and stakeholder expectations, ensuring HR policies support both employee welfare and business profitability.
- Proven expertise in designing total rewards strategies and performance management systems that are scalable and compliant with industry standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage sensitive organizational transitions with tact and professional maturity.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex workforce data into strategic narratives that drive organizational change.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site manufacturing environment in Gurugram, maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor and in corporate offices to foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Possession of 10 to 14 years of progressive experience in HR, with a deep understanding of the unique talent challenges inherent in the auto-component or heavy engineering sectors.
