
We are hiring for a client of Innoquest in the BPM sector for an HR Business Partner role.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand the talent needs of the business ops vertical.
- Provide strategic HR support on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Partner with department heads to resolve employee relations issues and ensure a high performance culture.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, processes, and conflict resolution.
Talent Management & Development:
- Support implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate learning & development programs tailored to the business unit.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives specific to the ITES business context.
- Analyze attrition trends and recommend retention strategies.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews; identify patterns and share insights for improvement.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for business reviews.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR functions in an ITES environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite exposure to HRIS tools preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in an HRBP or generalist role.
- Prior experience supporting ITES/BPO/KPO is essential.
