Manager - HR Business Partner
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers for talent needs.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
- Partner with finance and leadership teams on compensation reviews, budgeting, and performance management cycles.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Support HR analytics and reporting - headcount, attrition, and other key HR metrics for management review.
- Liaise with external vendors, PROs, and government authorities for visa processing and related HR services.
- Contribute to special projects in organizational development, DEI, and capability building.
What We're Looking For
- 3-7 years of experience in HR generalist, business partnering and operations, preferably in the financial services.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with senior leadership teams.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, employee records, and performance management tools.
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Professional qualifications (MBA/PGDM in HR or CIPD certification) are a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage.
