Manager - HR Business Partner

A leading MNC in Ahmedabad/ Gandhinagar is looking for a Manager HR Business Partner, to be based in Ahmedabad/ Gandhinagar.
The HR Business Partner will be a key resource in the organization to helps align human resources strategies with business objectives, ensuring that the organization can effectively manage its workforce and achieve its goals. This strategic partnership is vital for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high employee engagement in the organization.
This is an Individual Contributor role and will not manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Performance Management: Provide guidance on performance management processes, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by aligning people strategies with business needs and facilitating smooth transitions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and organizational policies, reducing risks associated with employee management.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Typically requires at least 12 years of experience in HR or related fields, with a focus on strategic planning and people management.
- Education: An MBA(2 year fulltime) in Human Resources, Business Administration from batches of 2008-2012
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of business functions and HR practices.
