- Identifying and working with relevant stakeholders within HR to understand reporting and analytics requirements. - Build strong understanding of the HR data and quickly translate large data set into simple, meaningful and brief insights through story boarding with strong and impactful visualization pertaining to: - Talent acquisition (recruiter scorecards, overall Talent Acquisition performance update) - Headcount - Attrition - Training & development - Rewards and Recognition - Total Rewards, and - Other People Services - Prepare and maintain data for HR balanced scorecards. - Build and own management of reporting processes and procedures in conjunction with the HR reporting functions. - Present people related dashboards to various Leadership Teams at regular frequency (Monthly/Quarterly). - Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to resolve data and reporting challenges, including interpretation and quality. - Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements for new reports, and assist with the creation of such reports - Assist with data cleaning, preparation and maintenance for HR Predictive modelling
