About Our Client:
Our client is a leading B2B startup known for its innovation, agility, and design-led thinking in transforming business environments. They are now seeking a strategic HR Analytics professional to partner with the CHRO in driving data-backed people strategies and organizational excellence.
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the HR analytics roadmap, translating workforce data into strategic business insights
- Harness GenAI and predictive analytics to uncover workforce trends and power smarter, faster HR decisions
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design impactful dashboards and define key success metrics
- Ensure robust HR data governance, accuracy, and consistency across platforms and systems
- Enable talent, rewards, and DE&I programs through insight-led storytelling and analytical models
Ideal Candidate:
- Mba from a Tier 1 college with 4+ years of experience in HR/People Analytics
- Proven exposure in reputed brands with a focus on data-driven HR transformation
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel, and familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Good command of workforce analytics, predictive modeling, and GenAI applications in HR
- Passionate about numbers, problem-solving, and enabling evidence-based people decisions
