About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Hospitality Projects to lead institutional sales and project specifications across South Bengal and the Indian island territories of Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep.
The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of the hospitality and tourism infrastructure ecosystem and established relationships with key stakeholders including hotel developers, architects, MEP consultants, and procurement teams.
This role is with a prestigious premium bathware brand known for innovation, luxury, and high-specification project execution in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead specification sales for luxury bathroom and wellness products in the hospitality segment.
- Identify and track upcoming hospitality, tourism, and resort projects in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel chains, architects, project consultants, and procurement influencers.
- Secure brand approvals and drive high-value product conversions in large-scale projects.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle-from specification and order closure to delivery, installation, and after-sales coordination.
- Collaborate with internal pricing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, specification, and revenue targets.
- Travel periodically to Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep for project development and relationship management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in project or institutional sales, preferably in premium bathware, lighting, tiles, or building material sectors.
- Demonstrated experience handling hospitality accounts and tourism infrastructure projects.
- Well-connected within the architectural, design, and MEP consultant community.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including to remote island territories.
- Based in Kolkata or open to relocation
