Hospitality Manager
Description:
- To do extensive market coverage of Hospitality Chains, Promoters/ Builders, Architects, PMCs & Consultants
- Take personal ownership of Hospitality clients
- Add new customers to the kitty of existing customers list of the company
- Establish all verticals of CBS with Hospitality Units
- Introduce and promote new products brought by the company
- Ensure BOQs / Mock-ups in the initial stages of the project and subsequently secure the orders
- Existing Hotel Chains to be catered to & converted to CBS users
- Do Sales Promotion & Business development through personally meeting & bringing clients to the Orientation Center & the manufacturing unit
- Develop one-to-one relations with Chief Engineers, Executive Housekeepers & Project Team of each hotel unit
- Make plans for self, set goals & achieve these Chain-wise, Unit-wise, Promoter-wise & Architects/ PMC/Consultant-wise
- Do a minimum of 180 productive meetings with external customers per month as per the company norms
- Co-ordinate with BSI to extend the best Customer Care support to Hospitality clients
