Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-caliber Home Loan Sales Manager to lead our retail assets growth strategy. In this critical individual and team leadership role, you will act as a "Channel Orchestrator," responsible for driving the sales of Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Micro-LAP products. You will be tasked with building and managing a robust DSA (Direct Selling Agent) Channel, ensuring that aggressive sales targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of credit compliance and customer service. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in relationship building, capable of navigating the end-to-end loan lifecycle from prospecting to sanction.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sales Development: Develop and implement localized sales strategies to penetrate the Home Loan and LAP markets, focusing on increasing market share in the Micro-LAP segment.

- DSA Channel Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality loan applications.

- Revenue & Target Achievement: Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets, ensuring a healthy mix of Home Loan and LAP products.

- Credit Compliance & Risk Governance: Ensure all applications strictly adhere to the banks credit policies and compliance standards, minimizing rejection rates and maintaining portfolio quality.

- LAP & Mortgage Expertise: Manage complex cases for Loan Against Property (LAP), including property valuation coordination and legal title verification.

- Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with key HNI clients and builders, understanding their financial needs and ensuring a seamless loan journey.

- Escalation & Service Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving existing customer grievances and handling service escalations to maintain high NPS (Net Promoter Score).

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Credit, Operations, and Legal teams to streamline the Turnaround Time (TAT) for sanctions and disbursements.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor interest rates, product offerings, and market trends to provide actionable feedback for product refinement.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build a high-performance culture by providing continuous feedback and fostering strong work relationships within the sales squad.

Technical Requirements:

- Product Mastery: 4+ years of experience in Retail Asset sales, with specific expertise in Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage products.

- Channel Proficiency: Hands-on experience in managing DSA/DST channels and builder relationships.

- Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of KYC norms, credit appraisal techniques, and property documentation requirements.

- Reporting: Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Excel for pipeline tracking and sales forecasting.

Preferred Skills:

- Micro-LAP Focus: Specific experience in the affordable housing or Micro-LAP segment is a significant advantage.

- Financial Literacy: Ability to explain complex interest rate structures (Floating vs. Fixed) and EMI calculations to diverse customer segments.

- Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market and legal norms regarding property titles.
