Role Overview:
As the Marketing Head/Manager - Real Estate Launches, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for new real estate projects from conception to launch and beyond. Reporting directly to the Sales Head, you will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure successful project launches and sustained market presence. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales targets, enhancing brand visibility, and establishing a strong market position for each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for new real estate launches, aligning with overall business objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and optimal positioning strategies.
- Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print, outdoor, and events, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media assets, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support and tools that enable effective lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget for each project, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, upholding the company's reputation for quality and innovation.
- Organize and execute launch events and promotional activities to generate excitement and drive early sales momentum.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies for real estate launches, driving sales and enhancing brand awareness.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Adaptability to work on-site in Bangalore.
